Filing a takedown notice

To report content you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL(s) of the material you want removed.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same agent containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices may be terminated.
